Hikashop images not showing

hi

Name of the file is not created properly. Please disable creating thumbnail in NSP settings for now and I'll ask programmers to check this problem.

December now and still nothing.
In any case, I discovered a way round it from the last time I trialled your templates, abd it was to do with your module looking in images rather than media, or something of the sort.
I do think service can be improved.

You haven't answered to my last post, so I do not know if disabling creating thumbnails has any effect on this problem. Please answer my question and send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.
