I'm using Hikashop instead of Virtuemart. This module is not loading in admin and giving an error saying it can't find a Virtuemart table.

How do I fix this issue?

Hi

That's because demo was configured to use VM. So when You do not have VM now and trying to edit the module it's trying to load previous setting. Try remove it and make a new module.
