sort vm products by user import

Hi,

I can't set nsp gk5 to show virtuemart products like I set in virtuemart.
Right now it's sort of random after every refresh...
Using Joomla 3.5.1 VirtueMart 3.0.16.

What should be changed...

tried many option but still my virtuemart products show at random order?
My settings are:
Module mode:standard mode
Source of articles: Virtuemart category or products
News order: by order

Anyone knows how to solve this?

Hi

I'm afraid I do not know what "sort by user" means unfortunately. By default products are ordered according to the order set in VM product list. There is a separate column only for order option.

I use these settings (see screens) for News Show Pro GK5 and Virtuemart but products are displayed at random order.
In beez5 it displays products the right way as I ordered them in virtuemart.

Hi

If it's ok in default joomla template try get rid of template override by renaming /html/com_virtuemart to /html/_com_virtuemart, let me know if this makes a difference.

it's solved.
After switching template, change module position and back to storebox.
Then set news order 'by date' ascending? it works.
Not really satisfied but ok.

Realized had this issue before in J2.5;

Hi

If this was already reported than this fix would be included. So it means it's either a different issue or this fix is not valid anymore after changes in VM itself.

Happy to hear it can use a different sorting option, but if You wish me to investigate it further please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.
