K2 article won't display

We are using the Rockwall theme with News Show Pro pretty much as it comes out of the box. We have one of the modules which is showing a K2 article perfectly fine, but if we change it to show another article, nothing is displayed.

Likewise, if we set it to display K2 category it shows when descending (the current article) but if we switch to ascending (the new article) then nothing shows.

I've checked the K2 article and it has an image of the appropriate size, the article itself resolves fine in the front-end without any problems.

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't show on the module itself.

Any guidance gratefully appreciated!

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

If You wish to show only this one image from article than I would suggest to use a direct ID 2341 and a K2 item as source.

I'm afraid I do not have an account on lastpass.com, but it would be really great to be able to test it to tell for sure.

I have tried using individual K2 articles, as well as categories. I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing seems to work.

If you can drop me a PM I can walk you through it on a screenshare.

We've been testing this extensively and we can't see any reason why it should not show the new articles. We've tried using K2 category with various ordering settings, and we have tried manually specifying the article. We've also ensured that the Site, module, cloudflare and siteground cache are cleared but no joy. The article can be rendered just fine.

Just a small question. Aren't this articles visible after some time ? I know a K2 issue when server and database times are different. In such cases articles are showing with even couple of hours delay.

No articles will show for me either, update 5k and still nothing!

I've done a small test and created a new article. It did not shown as You said, so I start playing with "Time Offset" value and article shown when I got to +6.

Such problem happen if server and database time is different. K2 uses database time for creation/published date. I've changed all modules "Time Offset" to +6. Please check if it works for You too.
