Bug in News Show Pro GK5 1.9.1.2 ?

Hi, I want to understand if there is a bug on this version.
When I order the articles in the backend and choose News Pro by order, the order is respected in the view category, but changed in the slide News Slider.
The third becomes the first ...
Help ...

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

When I enter Your joomla panel all I can see is that connection has been terminated. Do You have some security measures blocking an access by IP or something like that ? I'm not able to use panel right now.

Hi

I've just checked and ordering "by order" works at Your site as well. Please look at screenshots. The order it has been presented at website is the same as the order set in category. It's just that the bigger image is being shown from the 3rd (middle) element, but the products are displayed from left to right according to order settings.

My order of items in the category is:
3k off
3k on
5k on
store 5k
store 4k
3k store.

But the slide is:

5k on
3k on
3k off
store 3k
store 4k
store 5k

On the product is:

Store 5k
store 4k
3k off
3k on
5k on
store 3k

Why?

How can I fix so that the order is on the slide and on page sia§:

3k on
5k on
3k off
store 3k
store 4k
store 5k

Hi

Please take a look at my screenshot. I took in from source code of Your site. You can see that order there is:
3K OFF - 3K ON - 5K ON - Store 5K - Store 4K - Store 3K
Which is the exact order as in this category. If it's displaying differently on category page than something must be wrong there. Check settings for this category, maybe it's using a different ordering.
