how to select either First image in Content and image in K2

My site features some k2 items, from different categories.
Some items have the image in the content, and some have the image in the k2 image tab.

My NSP that display this features k2 items, it only looks for image in one place the content or the image tab.
Can I make something to have the NSP look on both sides, ?

Sorry, there is no such functionality right now. You would need to add it on your own.
