No updates k2 items in front page of NSPG5

Hello,
I have at the homepage of front end a NSPG5. This module shows items from different K2 categories.
When I add a new items on K2, it doesn't appear immediately, it takes a couple of hours to show it. This happens only with these kind of modules (gk5), the other modules (roksprocket, k2 categories, html, Gtranslate...) they all work fine, and update quickly.
I did different test enable-disable cache (joomla, module, template) but the problem keeps.

Hi

This is a K2 issue and it happens if Your server time is different than database. We have added Time Offset option in NSP module to eliminate this time gap. Please try couple of values till You will be able to see articles instantly.
