Links layout demo with small images - help

Dear Team,

Using a News Show Pro GK5 module in the sidebar position of the storefront template I'd like to setup a module like this:

I need only the right column with all k2 items listed ( thumbnail on left side, title and introtext on right ).

Another example that I really like, especially regarding the hover effect is the Module "WHAT'S HOT" in magazine template (https://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/magazine/).


Have you got a module package, or a folder that I might upload with the mentioned modules above?
If you have not, could you help me to configurate properly one of those? I've tried many configuration in the sidebar of storefront but nothing close to what I show you above.

I was also wondering about the "load config feature" if could be of help in this process,
