Blank VM products

Dear people,

After hours i finally fixed the error (no articles to display) with opening every product and put products to the default shoppergroup. Now i have a new problem. Products are appearing now but its total blank. Please see image.

News Show Pro version 1.8.2
PHP Version 5.6.7
Version Joomla 3.4.1 Stable
WebServer to PHP Interface fpm-fcgi

Any suggestions?

Hi

I think You may have problem with translations. If site and vm are not using the same language than for example NSP will be looking for English translation where there may not be one. Please check that.

Thanks for your response.

I dubbel checked this and iam using dutch language everywhere. Strange thing is the following: When i set (at datasource) a category. Its shows the correct ammount of products. Only there are empty (complete white like the image)

I have no clue what to do now.

Hi

So it has to be language issue. Please contact VM developers about that. I believe it happens if only one language tables were created, Unfortunately I had no luck finding a solution to that, VM developers may have one already.

Is there allready a fix for this issue? Iam still having white space instead of products. everything is configd well i guess so it should work.

so i have this problem with blank virtuemart products and it seems i have no clue how to fix this. The items are blank. For example when i comfig 3 products to show than there are 3 blank items but no products.

Any suggestion how to fix this?

Please notice that iam a loyal paying customer. I used the gavick quickinstaller so this newspro module should just work fine right? Its a part of your webshop template but its not working.

I created a total webshop and only thing that is not working is this module. How should i now use this template when i can not show items at my frontpage?

Aha, turned all off at default? Anyway, thank you for your time and patience. Maked me very happy now, after all, this is the best module in his kind. Great to have the top 1 module working now.

OKee,

Iam a step further now but unfortunately i still having major problems:

1- When changing the Virtuemart category, nothing happens. (still first category is showing) is there some special cache or something like this build in at nsp 5?

2- When i create a featured product, no badge is showing (of corse i enabled "show badge")

3- when i choose "Virtuemart products" at datasource, and put in article ID's i got a 1064 error.

Now your admin details are still active. Coule you please take a quick look and tell me what the hek is wrong? This is very frustrating.

Hi

Looks like all Your problems are connected with language issue. Your shop language is inconsistent. Some products/categories are created in Dutch and some in English. NSP can only search in one language tables at the same moment, so some categories may not be visible, or selected products may throw an error 1064 (which means that selected product is not in database). Please move everything to one language (or translate in both) and use language table suffix override. Also while configuring products use joomla panel in the same language You are selecting source for.
