Error 1064 on rockwall

I am working on a site based on the rockwall template, and using the NSP GK5 module as is in the demo, linking to k2 articles, it was working ok, i just unpublished and published back the modules and they are not working anymore.

I tried the steps in several posts that are mentioning the issue:

installed the latest version of NSP GK5 for J3

cleared the browser cache and the site cache

opened and closed the modules resaving them.

The site hangs with mysql errors if any GK5 module that was working previously ok is showed.

Please try this steps:
0) Install new current version of NSP GK5 (re-install)
1) Open module in edit mode
2) Click Refresh button in your browser
3) Change data source to another from list
4) Change order of showing items
5) Save changes - check on front page
6) If okey, change data source back to option which you have at the beginning
