Hi,
start from checking two things:

1) Quality of generated thumbnails in NSP GK5 module, there is such a option
2) Quality of original K2 item image.

TRy to clean cache of NSP module.

and use bigger height for thumbnails they should be 160px x 160px

Where we change the thumbnails heights?

In K2 / Options / Images / XSmall item ?

1) In NSP module settings
2) And yes, also in K2 options, but it works only for K2 items view - is not strongly related with module.

In your case:
http://simposiodemarketing.com/modules/ ... sp-805.jpg

you have to increase quality of generated thumbnails in NSP settings.

Thanks, but could you show me where is "K2 Additional Settings" -> Base image size

I'm in K2 component but only can see "Parameters" in the right top. I click in tab "Images" and we have 100 % quality in the options.

I'm attaching the options.

Thank you very much

It doesn't save only that setting or in general ?
Did you tried to update module to new version.

Thanks,

1) I upgraded the module from 1.8.x to 1.8.2. The lastest version

2) Apparently the only setting that don't save is that. I tried with other settings and are saved. Only with thumbnail is not working.

Thanks

I have no idea looking only on your screenshots.

Last hope.... remove all cached thumbnails from NSP folder.
