Hi,
I can not solve a problem and I wonder if I can do with nsp gk5.

For an upcoming events I need to show within a module only articles from today until two o three months later, but items with earlier dates should not be.

For example:

Article 1 (Created 5/01/2015)
Article 2 (Created 14/01/2015)
Article 3 (Created 20/08/2015)

I need to show today (for example today is 14/01/2015) articles 2 and 3.
Tomorrow only will appear article 3.

Note: I can't use featured option because this items can't show on the frontpage.

This could do it manually but I would like the module could take care of it.
Can NSP GK5 do it? If not, can you point me in any direcction to do that?

I use joomla 2.5 and J3 in a test envoirement.

Thank you.

Hi

You can configure NSP to show "Show article created after" a specific date or "Show article created in last X days". I do not quite understand what You mean by the selection, but those are the 2 available options. There is also "Time offset" if You want to delay showing of the article.

Ok, I know, thank you.

What I try is to use a module to display upcoming events (using joomla articles) without using an event component, or avoid repeated items or avoid changing items category...

The thing is to show only the future events including today.

If I use "Show article created in last X days" and put 30, I'll see items created in the last 30 days, both future and past. (I do not want to show the items that are past dated, so...)
With "Show article created after" option does not get what i need, unless I modify it every day ;)

I hope I explained correctly.
Thank you for your time.

HI

Ok, now I understand. What You need is some events extension. In articles all You have is a creation and publish date, so none of this can work as event date, so module like NSP which is showing articles will not work here.
