Hi Guys,

I'm getting the error An error occured during creating the thumbnail. on a wordpress site for News Show Pro, I've checked and tried both gk_nsp_cache and gk_nsp_external_data as 777, I've also confirmed that GD library is available.

I had the host update the server from php 5.3.3 to 5.5.20

Any ideas?

Hi

Does PHP was update before or after this error appeared ? I have asked WP supporter to assist You. Thread was incorrectly addressed as a joomla related.
