I suddenly can see NSP in Components menu

Hi,
after I did website backup, I suddenly got NSP in backend component menu. Please see the image. Same is for my main language. I did uninstalled the language and installed again but still the same. I don't want to do that with NSP because I will loose all settings.

Where is the problem and how can I fix it?

I have never seen something like this and I'm afraid this is most likely becasue of some issues while making a backup. I would advice to restore the old copy and try to make a backup again.

If options are showing in this place than only way to remove it is by a direct database changes.

I think in menu table. You can delete all unnecessary menu elements there. But if menu was wrongly created than I'm afraid if there were no other issues. I advice to get back to the situation from before the update.
