Upgrading to Joomla 3.3

I'm planning on upgrading from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.3.

I know I need to uninstall the Joomla 2.5 version of the template and then install the Joojmla 3.3 version of the template after I upgrade. But what do I need to do the same for Gavick modules and plugins?

I have the Grid GK5 and News Show Pro GK5 modules and the Open Graph Articles Parameters plugin. Do I need to uninstall them and then install Joomla 3.3. compatible versions after I have upgraded?

Please do all those steps - step by step !
0) Backup
1) Disabe then Uninstall old plg_gkextmenu plugin (!)
2) Upgrade to J3.3.x
3) Re-install template to new version, for J3.x
4) Re-install all gk modules, I mean : mod_image_show_gk4, and mod_news_pro_gk5 - with versions for Joomla 3.x
5) Re-install all others modules and plugins
6) Install plg_gkextmenu and enable plugin which you can take from gk_template_rest_files_J!3
