Article link not working

Hello,

I'm using the template John and i want to show portfolio. I want to use GK5 for it. I've set the module mode to standard mode and the data source are joomla categories. When i click on the "read more" button i get redirected to the homepage and not to the article. How can i set this so i can see the article in full.

Just to explain. In joomla if article doesn't have a landing page than the page which was clicked is used to show it, but on Your homepage a place to show component is replaced with a module, so nothing is showing.

Landing page is a category page type. All articles from such category will be visible under it.
