Title Overlay Style doesn't have link layout so I cannot add the link entries in the right. Moreover, it seems that I cannot add the information block to it.
So far I used Standard mode to archive this: http://goo.gl/vzVXy8
But The big article is quite ugly.

Title Overlay is a designed style so has only some elements used. I would try combine 2 modules in this place, one with title overlay and other with links. It's also possible to create a style for what You have right now, but this will require some extra codding which we do not support.
