Cannot save the module News ShowPro GK5

I have built the News2 template on a test server and then uploaded files and database to the final server. The frontend works fine but I found 2 problems on the backend.

1. I cannot save the module News ShowPro GK5 after I have changed some parameters. I only can close the module. Other modules are working fine so far.

2. I have tried to re-install the NewsShow Pro module, but when I tried to upload the extension, the page does not respond anymore. I see only a white screen.

Probably your database contains some errors, please try to fix your database using Joomla settings (Extensions » extension manager » database » fix (button)) and then try to unlock all modules using this tutorial » How to unlock modules or articles in Joomla - GavickPro Documentation

The module was NOT locked, but I fixed the problem with the Check-in operation. After that it worked fine.
