Do you use multilanguage VirtueMart? It looks like NSP can't detect any categories because may they are assigned to different language than active one. Please try to reinstall NSP module.

Thank you for your answer.

I already had some language issues with virtuemart. I will try to reinstall the module and see.

I reinstalled the module, but there were no categories displayed.

Then, I enabled the second language (English) in virtuemart and I translated one category into English and the module displays only this category (party - see image).

It seems that the module can't fetch the categories in my native language.

Any suggestions?

What is your back-end language and what is your default VM language? You will see only categories for your active language which mean that for example when you visit backend with English language and your categories are assigned to Spanish - you will not see them.

I swiitched to my native language in back end and I can see the categories in module settings.

Is there a possibility to completely remove multilingual settings in virtuemart ...

Can you point me in the right direction to accomplish this.

Thank you

Did you install any language for VirtueMart? By default in multilanguage settings you should see only one language and then there is no problem with that.
