Link images to update the main article image

I have set the NSP GK5 to display one main image and 3 additional images below.
Additional images are link images, so when you click on this user is taken to the article.

Can I set this to just update the image/link of the main article?

So when user clicks on "link" images the main image is updated,

Please see attach image if this makes no logic.
