News Show Pro GK5 and Jcomments

after upgrading News Show Pro GK5 to ver1.6 the module stop support jcomments, in the module it's there just support Komento how can fix

Hello,

Are you sure? I still see JComments as a Comments source if I select K2 or com_content as a data source.

Yes! My articles source management is K2 and I use Joomla 3.3

Are you sure that you had JComments on NSP GK5 for J!3.x? Because I cannot find references to JComments support even in v.1.4.0: https://github.com/GavickPro/News-Show- ... ro_gk5.xml

yes you are right, my mistake that i mixed with j2.5 j.3 with GK news versions , but i can said that your explanation about the gk news module is lacking, and should more clearly about the versions difference,
BTW your GK NEWS module it's a wonderful extintion

Hi,

I also cant select JCOMMENTS as a source in K2 settings tab.

Documentation says: The “Comments Source” option allows you to specify the comments source for the information block (K2, Jcomments or Komento).

I see only K2 and KOMENTO. Why?

@drNele - the JComments support is in the J!2.5 version only - I've added an issue on the repository regarding that.

@drNele - it was fixed in the latest version - v.1.6.1 for J!3.x
