Perhaps you are having some kind o cache issues or server permission issues?
Could you please post an url to your site and tell me how to reproduce the problem?

I sent you a private message. What I can say so far is when that happens I have to clean Joomla cache from the backend and everything get normal.

I also attach a screen capture of the problem.

Thank you

Your site shows everything correctly right now - without the way to reproduce the problem I can't help much - I need to see live code when it happens.

It looks like some server configuration issue. You use https signed with some certificate, now when I load your site I see a lot of errors in console:
Screen Shot 2014-06-07 at 09.21.21.png

Now, when I open one of those files it says:
Code: Select all
You attempted to reach www.canarias.asipol.org, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as www.asipol.org. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of www.canarias.asipol.org.
You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.

So my browser blocks those files from load (there are js and image files on the list).

I don't know why on your hosting those files are not served correctly. I have tested NSP on my custom signed certificate and it works fine.

Sorry, no, I'm not administration/hosting specialist - please ask your hosting company support why those file are served with wrong certificate.
