Blurry thumbnails in News Show Pro GK5

I am getting blurry thumbnails in News Show Pro GK5 modules. Even at a setting of 100% image quality in the backend of the module, the thumbnails are really blurred.

Is there something I am leaving out? See screenshots below:

Hi

Looks like thumbs are created from "generic" images which I believe are smaller the the one in NSP module. In module settings please simply under K2 Settings select to use a different size image.
