Module strange behaviour in backend

Hi,

Module in backend looks very strange - see attached image.

I have updated Joomla to 3.30, updated the module to latest version and the template as well.

Any ideas?

Please test your backend in chrome incognito mode or firefox private mode. If it will be ok, then clear your browser's cache.
