Can't set up the module - results in error

Hello!

I am trying to set up a header module to look just like in the Creativity template (http://demo.gavick.com/wordpress/creativity/#gk-header)

I created a new module for NSP GK5 and I set it up exactly as described in these two documents:

What happens is that the website http://puntacanaresortvilla.com/ will result in an error that says "IT APPEARS THE PAGE YOU WERE LOOKING FOR DOESN'T EXIST. SORRY ABOUT THAT."

What am I doing wrong? I tried everything I could! And no, we could not install the Quickstart, in case you were wondering. It's just not working.

The documentation You are using is for Wordpress version of this module so maybe this is the problem, but please tell me exactly where should I look to see the error, so I'll try myself.

The error appears on the website only when the module is published. Right now it is unpublished.
Would you like me to take screenshots of the settings of the header, as well as of the error? I could take screenshots, upload to dropbox, and give you a link here. How should I show you this?

Are there any instructions specific to Joomla?
