Vimeo Video Thumbs not loading

Hi, I am testing the Video List on: http://www.franitosurfschool.com/en/news

But the thumbs are not loading and I have no idea how to set the height or width as now the not found thumb is at 401 x 401 px

How can I make the thumbs appear?

Image Thumbnails you have to upload separately in K2 items as images, unfortunately, our module can not create Thumbs from movies.

well i have same issue but i have solved it in indirect way.
i have took a snapshot from the video and added in K2 items and then choosed toggle editor add this to the image i have insert it
