To be sure, I have to ask: this is tabs or menu ?

If tabs .. hmm because inside tabs you can use different modules - so yes, it's possible.
Except last one with [+] - this would be hard.

As you see you have to use two modules (GK NSP and default Joomla) inside first tab.

p.s.
