Some Problems STILL Remains in News Show Pro GK5 ver. 1.1.5

Hello,
Thanks for 1.1.5 update for j3. However i have some problems still going on, which might not be the big issue for some sites but very necessary for websites like news portals and frequently updating websites.

These are few tests i did with K2:

Problem no 1
Creation Date: 2013-06-04 17:00:54
Puglishing Date: 2013-06-04 18:00:54

When i set the time for some news to publish one hour later as i did it with 'Publishing Date', it still gets published, however if i set publishing date to 1 day later (Puglishing Date: 2013-06-05 17:00:54) it works fine. So i think the problem here is with TIME. This feature is very very important for the NEWS PORTALS (works fine in GK4).

Problem no 2
When i trashed some item without unpublished, it still gets published in the frontend. We might delete items without making it unpublished, its natural behavior. So its better not to have items that is trashed in the frontend.

Problem no 3
If there are no any items in the category then 1064 error appears in the front-end. It might sound, why you need an empty category..But if i am running a news portal which gets updated every minutes and hours, i might need to delete all content from specific categories sometime and its really awful to see 1064 error instead of just a blank module with some notice.

1. Probably you server time settings are different with real time, please try to use offset setting in NSP.
2. Are you sure that option 'show unauthorized items' is not enabled ?
3. The error not comes from NSP but from Joomla!. Since Joomla! 3 version all empty queries returns this error message.

Thanks a lot. I will try..Well but my time zone is +05:45 and i don't see such timezone in the module...
