Problem with News Show Pro GK5 ver. 1.1.3

I have found several bug in news pro gk5...Till now i have figured out following bugs....
1. Unpublished and even Trashed k2 items are visible.
2. If i set some k2 items to publish in future dates, it still shows up.
3. Its very difficult to order Title, Image, Content, Info in Standard Mode. I have to order it many times but still its not properly arranged.

Is it still in BETA state??

We are aware of bug no#3 and it is reported to programmers already. I will check for other 2 and let you know. There is no eta at the moment so as soon as I hear from programmers I ll update this post.

Regarding no#1 and no#2, I have tested this in my server but I could not see any prroblems.

Trashed Items.
Joomla 2.5 - Trashed items does show unless item is unpublished or trash cleared. Unpublish item before moving to trash.
Joomla 3.x - Trashed items does not show in module frontend.

Feature Publish items.

Setting items publish date to future date.
Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.x does not show item in module frontend unless publish date equals or less then today's date.
