seo tags appearing on the frontend of posts and pages?

Hi there, whether your login to the site or not I am starting to notice that at the end of certain pages and posts like here: http://www.jamjosandbox.com/mag/contact/ you can see these appearing:

seo_follow: false
seo_noindex: false
slide_template: default

Which I assume are coming from the SEO settings somewhere but I guess why are they showing on the frontend to the end user here? Could you explain this as maybe I have something setup wrong.

These lines are custom fields, probably from you seo plugin, please check this article;

You can disable all custom fields (from Advanced tab) or decide which fields should be hidden.
