Some of my override.css not working

Hi there, I have tried alot of css elements now in my override.css file and nothing actually works except my lines to replace the logo. it is a strange one and I do not have any caching plugins installed here. Basically some of my override.css works and other pieces do not work. Any help on this would be great: http://www.jamjosandbox.com/magazine/

I do have it activated in the theme options.

it contains only a code responsible for the logo.

Thanks Piotr, I see I had a permissions issue on the server and basically my css was not over writing the file that was on the server so I just could not understand why it was not taking shape. I appreciate the support here. Thanks
