Category layout options seem to display incorrectly?

Hi there, I am trying to have a 2 column layout on my category archive pages. I have gone into the Theme options and done the following in the features area: http://i59.tinypic.com/2d9bwwx.jpg

However my category archive page seems to still have 4 columns and they go under the right hand sidebar for some reason. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have just sent you access on that other forum topic so you should have admin access now. Incase it makes a difference here I am looking to have my website a maximum width of 1000px wide and this is the reason I need to change this here. Thanks
