Plugin Cache - Genesis Framework Unsupported

Good Morning,
I'm testing for the first time on a site template GavickPro.
By installing the theme and the related plugin required, I find it difficult to manage the settings but then disabling the plugin W3TC everything seems to work.
I go in the settings - W3TC and I find that Genesis Framework Unsupported.
How can I do? You advise me to this alternative is fully compatible with your themes?

Could you please tell me where did you find the information that the News2 theme is compatible with Genesis Framework? The News2 theme is based on our GavernWP framework, please check News2 -> Template Options section in you dashboard.

In options W3TC I found that is not supported the Genesis Framework, however disabling W3TC plugin everything works.

You can also try WP Super Cache - should work without any problem.
