Changing length of the title and text in the frontpage

How can I change the length (chars or words) of the title and the pre-text appearing on the main page? Where can I modify these parameters (CSS or component)?

And is it possible to change the "Read more" with other word (translation in French for example).

Please tell me exactly which element You have in mind. There are couple of modules and component in use on this page, so I need to know more details.

The title or and the introduction text are too short. Also the button "Read more" is in English and I wanted to change it in French.

This article is shown with News Show Pro GK5 module. Please edit its settings and change the value next to header and text options to show more chars/words.

Read more can be translated in en-GB.mod_news_pro_gk5.ini file in /languages folder of joomla root.

I know how I can change for the others modules of the main page but not for the main article! Could you please tell me in the demo package what module it is?
