Hi

Please edit file /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_news2.ini and look for sentences:
TPL_GK_LANG_UPDATE_DATE
TPL_GK_LANG_UPDATE_DATE_FORMAT

You can change it there.

Hi

To force timezone You can add a small line of code with details about time http://php.net/manual/en/function.setlocale.php

Please try add it at the beginning of template's /layout/default.php file.

In @ADR Comunicare case I believe problem is with different time set on server and database. Try talk to Your hosting provider to set those dates same.
