News 2 not working with latest version of K2 (2.7)

Could you elaborate your issue? We have K2 v.2.7.0 installed on the News 2 template and it is working fine. BTW are you using the latest version of the template?

I have tried to install your latest template version but the installation was not completed at the end.

I will try to re-install on one of my other website and revert to you asap...In case of problems, I will make a screen copy and post it here...

I have installed the new template version of News2 and please see the attached image to know the result of the installation. It seems that the file "configuration.php" has not been created but the database and files are correctly installed. The process, as you will see in the attached images, comme back at the step 2 of the installation.

I have also tried to install in an another hosting but the result is the same.

Please try to empty the used database before starting installing the quickstart again.

I started several times with new website and empty database. But the result was the same. Anything linked with version of php or MySQL?

Please redownload the quickstart package - the issue should be solved now.

But my website has been reinstalled and started with the "old" quickstart package. Is it a way to solve the problem without reinstalling the package?

In this case please try to update only the template using the template package.

I have updated the template but it seems it is not functioning.

I have installed the new Demo News 2 Quickpackage on my website.

I found what happen! After the upgrade of K2 form version 2.69 to 2.7, in the settings of K2, jQuery turned off. I don't know why? Turn on the jQuery setting in the K2 settings and all will work fine...

The issue was resolved. Fine.

I have the same issue, please where is the JQuery configuration in K2 settings?
