Time zone wrong

Hi supporters,

I cannot configure time zone for my website in the Global Configuration.

I set it Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) but there is still 7 hour different to local time:

It means that the system time is still GMT. Can you tell me how to set correct time zone?

Hi,
first check what date you have inside new articles.
Because chat extension may uses their own settings, so you have to ask their developer, and we cannot help in that case.
