If Administrator works, please switch to default Beeze/Protostar template and check if problem remains.

It looks like a problem with Joomla, not template itself.
I would firstly check if there are no problems with files/folders permissions on your server.

Strange. Did you restore it from a local backup or with some kind of server side mechanism?

I had to upload the backup file again, then to correct the .htaccess file.

I don't know why it happened.

Sincerely,

Hai

No, I just back up via hosting and download to my computer then restore by copying to public_html folder.

So what you are thinking about the problem, Cyberek?

Do you guess the cause? I really want to know why so that I can protect that happen in the future.

I tried some ways but not succeed, than I have to use a backup file which I downloaded before to restore. Before uploading the backup file, I deleted all folders in the host.

Thank you and regards,

Hai

Actually our template's error shows possible reason - probably there was a problem with file/folder permissions. Joomla requires some folders to be writable, and without that it simply wont work, so that would be my guess.

Yes, but I did not know how to find and set correct permission so I had to restore.

Thank you a lot for your discussion.

Usually you can start with "worst possible" 777 which allows to write by everyone. Then you can narrow it down (drop last 7 to 0 for example). You can always find more info about file/folder privileges on the google.
