News Show Pro GK5 cannot get image from full text

Please help me to find out why module News Show Pro GK5 cannot get image from full text of articles. It can only get image from intro text.

I already sent admin account to Cyberek.

Further to my question.

I choose Source of articles is Joomla! Categories.

For Thumbnail image, even I use "Use first article image" or "Full image".
