Hide font size adjustment in home page

Hi supporters,

In the middle of my homepage, next to breadcrumb, there is a function for font size adjustment "A+ A A-"

Can I hide that cell? I think that function must be at top of the page and only need in an article view. Please tell me how to hide it as I do not find any similar topic in the forum.
