New items not showing on the modules on website

I have been dealing with this problem for months, I published new article and want them appear under other articles I have on the page but it will just not show even after I have added the items' exact number to the module setting. Here is my url www.watra.org

Does it ever appear? Perhaps NSP settings prevent it?
