Urgent help needed with css

I keep getting like cache css or something like that, so i can not edit in firebug because i dont know what files to change
please can someone help, i dont know what to do and i dont have any cache on my site.

I do not use Firebug, however I do use the "Inspect Element" option on Firefox and Chrome to find needed css files. I then go in and (after saving an original) edit and save the file needed.

hi, it does not work in inspect element either, i just said firebug because thats what i prefer to use.

I've never seen this kind of css compression. I think it may be comming from server itself, but first look into plugins list and type css in search, maybe something will show. If not than ask Your hosting provider if it's not one of server build in functions.
