Problem with Submenu at 3 rd level

I am facing to a problem of 3rd level submenus which is not display properly as following;

- When I set to 1 column it seemed normal but it display only 2 menus of many menus
- When I set to 2 column it display the same only 2 menus of many menus and it separate the column width not equally
