Module title Font colour and Size Change

Hi Guys

I know this is just a simple question but I cannot seem to find the answer anywhere .
I need to change my Module Title Font color and Size , using Firebug I can do it but I cannot seem to find the CSS line in my Backend to alter .
Firstly is this the correct way to do it ?
Please could you explain how to do it ?

You can use override.css - a file prepared just for that.
Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.

Thanks for the swift response Cyberek , how do I know which line to change in my backend as I cannot find the exact line ?
Is there perhaps a way to find said line ?
Perhaps " Ctrl F " or something similar ?
