Hi Team,

I have just updated a Joomla 2.5 site to Joomla 3.4.1 and have installed the latest version of your New2 template.

The problem is that only a few items of the main menu are showing on the front page and none of the drop-down menu items (see attached image):

http://www.womeninmedicinemagazine.com/

I have not been able to figure out what is going on after spending several hours trying to solve the problem.

The site should be off-line for now until the upgrade is completed but it's not for now due to the fact that I am requesting help and you need to see it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

PS: I would have included my admin login details just in case you needed them to save some time but there is no clear way to do so here, not as far as I can see.

Hi

I cannot see our template on Your site, so please send me an access to joomla panel so I'll change it back and see what the problem can be.

I upgraded my account to the VIP support so there is a ticket there. However I canceled the ticket as I had a problem develop with the installation. That has been fixed.

Can you see if you can find the ticket in the VIP support area which has all of the login details and so on. If not then I will repost the problem there. Thank you.

Hi

I'm working on a couple of questions in tickets, but I'm not sure which one is connected with this thread, but since it's already being taken care of there than I believe there is no need to duplicate it and keep the question in ticket system where I can check more often than forum.

Okay thank you. We will just use the VIP ticket system for my problems.

All the best.

Thanks for that. It will be much easier this way. I'm closing this thread than.
