Error 500

Below an extract from my error log. I am not using a lot of modules and plugins. When enabling the standaard template it does not seem to return below errors....

When disabling News Pro 5 and GKtabs5 the responstime is much faster.....

The only process which can take time in NSP is creating thumbs. Please disable creating thumbs and see if it gives this error still.
