Images in custom html extension in sidebar_right and banner_top do not appear (other than on the homepage).

OK here: http://www.welikeartists.com ('banner' at top right and 'newsletter' at bottom of right sidebar).

Not working here or any of the other pages:
http://www.welikeartists.com/index.php/ ... themselves

This issue has just happened. Was working fine until a few days ago. Checked image file paths and they all seem fine. Any help would be great - many thanks.

Hi,
it can be many reasons why, but in this case ...
Joomla is trying to load this image
http://www.welikeartists.com/index.php/2014-03-03-12-50-32/item/images/site/phillisNewsAd2.jpg

as you see generated by joomla URL is wrong.
but it's not a template or module issue, it's something deeper.
Right now to not scary you just use full URL in Custom HTML module for that image, and he will appear again.

Sometimes enabling short URL in Global configuration and adding full URL in configuration.php may help.
But it's your turn now, or check on official Joomla forum, probably answer is already there.

Thanks for helping to sort this out. Best solution is to restore a backup from before the issue happened so that at least the site functions from that point - not sure what happened but will investigate - Thanks again.
