Change system message position?

Hello.
I noticed that system messages (usually warnings) fill all position on where they are. I think that I change position from top of the website to mainbody, I change the color...
But... my skills finished here. I need your help.

Look at the screenshot, it is very ugly. Warning fill all position of mainbody, stays 5 seconds, and after that gone. I wanna, if possible, system messages be, for e. g., on mainbody but smaller.
Okay width 100%, but height maybe 30 px. U know, like on old Joomla's.
Is it possible?
This is very urgent, I must play website online tomorrow night, if everything goes good.

If Your joomla shows warnings, than just go to global configuration for server and lower error showing level to None. If this will not help You will need to lower the level in php.ini file.
