I've checked the demo and don't see it. Wondering if I can get someone to login to my test site and tell me why if I remove the banner out of the middle of the front page, a full article then appears. Publish the banner back again and the article disappears. Don't see a full article in that location on the demo site.

I can PM you login so you can see for yourself.

Thanks,

Shane

so we cannot help when your website have hidden guest.

I suggest to empty trash from Article Manager.

I just figured since you guys wrote the template, you might know what module could make that appear. I have no articles in joomla or k2 trash. The only module in the mainbody is a banner, so I can't even figure out how to change what shows in the main body of the front page.

FYI, not sure if it came this way in the quickstart package or not, but the "Home" button in the main menu had "featured" articles from all categories assigned to it. Not sure why, but if that mainbody_bottom banner is there, the featured article didn't show, unpublish the banner and the article appears. I know I did not modify anything to make this happen. My fix, change the category to one that would never have a featured article in it.

Just in case someone else has this happen.....
