menu not showing up in news2

Hello,
I installed the template news2 on top of an existing and functioning website. The problem is that I cant see any menu, I have checked the template and the menu is enabled and everything looks like a fresh installation. Please give me a hint as to what to do.
I am running version 3.3.6 of joomla and al module is up todate

I cannot check why menu could not be used before because the access You send me is not working.

Here is a code for Your other request. Please add it to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template configuration.

I still could not log in "Warning. Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

Please check if the account You've created is activated and if has sufficient permissions to enter administrator panel.

thanks for checking my site.
I have done a new menu so thats why there is a menu.
The original default menu is totaly blank when I use it but when i use it in footermenu it works?
